Who We Are

Two Wheel Freaks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a motorcycle podcast, media brand, and rider community hosted by Mac10 and Pinky, available at twowheelfreaks.com (the “Site”). We welcome riders of every motorcycle brand, riding style, and experience level.

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Site, our community, or any of our content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. To submit content or join the community, you must be at least 18 years old.

Use of the Site and Community

When using the Site and our community:

• Be respectful. Treat every rider the way you'd want to be treated.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, or doxxing of any kind.
• No spam, unsolicited advertising, promotions, or irrelevant links without our permission.
• No illegal content, including content that breaks the law or encourages unsafe or illegal riding.
• No impersonation of other people, brands, or businesses.

We may remove content, limit, or suspend access at our discretion and without notice when these rules are broken.

User-Submitted Content

When you submit a rider story, photo, video, route, message, or any other content to us, you keep ownership of it. By submitting it, you grant us permission to display, reproduce, adapt, and publish it on the Site, in the podcast, on our social channels, and in related materials—and you confirm you have the rights and any needed permissions (for example, from people shown in a photo) to do so.

You are responsible for what you submit. We can review, edit, or remove any submitted content at any time for any reason, without notice.

Podcast and Content Is for Entertainment Only

Our podcast, articles, reviews, videos, and community content are provided for entertainment and general information only. They are not riding instruction, safety advice, traffic advice, legal advice, or mechanical guidance.

Riding is inherently dangerous. Always wear proper gear, ride within your limits and the law, and have a qualified professional service your motorcycle. You ride at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your decisions on the road.

Third-Party Links and Sponsors

The Site may link to third-party websites, products, and services we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. When we work with sponsors or partners, we disclose those relationships; a sponsorship is not an endorsement unless we say so.

Text Messages and Email

We only send email and text (SMS) messages to people who opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message; for help, reply HELP. You can unsubscribe from email anytime using the link in any email. Your consent to receive messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Wheel Freaks and its hosts are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Site or our content. The Site and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the most recent version. By continuing to use the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
